Dear friends and colleagues,
the next GPZ Plant Chromosome Biology meeting co-organized by the University of Vienna, GMI Vienna and GPZ will take place in Vienna, Austria, on September 15th-17th, 2025.

Exciting keynotes by invited speakers will set the stage for many more talks and poster presentations by conference participants in several topical sessions. We are confident that the meeting will offer new and exciting insights into the architecture, function and evolution of various plant genomes and chromosome types, addressing both theoretical and applied aspects. It will also provide an excellent opportunity for stimulating discussions and for forging new collaborations.
